He is responsible for the strategic growth of Global Administrators and its operations, and is known for building a strong, people-centered culture. A firm believer in continuous learning, Michael holds a master’s degree in business administration and multiple professional certifications.

With 19 years of experience in Human Resources, Bea brings both expertise and heart to her role as AVP for Talent and Employee Services. She oversees a wide range of core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and clinic operations. As a certified HRBP, Bea plays a critical role in shaping a positive employee experience and building a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally.

With over 20 years in BPO and 12 years in healthcare, DJ is the kind of leader who earns trust, drives impact, and inspires people to follow. He has led large-scale teams, launched operations for Fortune 500 clients, and built high-performing offshore teams of nearly 500 employees. A Chemistry graduate, he also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a CAPM certification, showing his commitment to continuous growth and excellence.
